HCL LAPTOP
Not recived gift offered by company on purchase of laptop

Dear sir/madam

I Anil Gusain have purchased a HCL laptop (sr.no-9094AX100925) on 9 october. There was a Diwali scheem by company, of a reebock jacket and a wrist watch with this model. I purchased it from computer zone, 50/51, 2nd floor, Goldy complex, Chakrata Road, Dehradun-248001. (TIN NO. 05006637250).

Sir the shopkeeper are continuously making me fool since last 10 months. He always call me every week and promise me to provide me the gift offered by the company. But even after 10 monts i am helpless. some time he said that gift would be provided by the company and sometime he said that he will provide that gift. At the time of purchase he said that company will it self send the gift at your address, but he always change his statements. I am very frustated by his behaviour, so I need your help to get justic in this case.
