I bought an HCL Laptop serial number- 5094ax383001 on 5th Sep. 2009 Though I've got a warranty of 12 months. I'd submitted my laptop 3 times in their service centres (Janak Puri) for more then 4 months. Every time I receive my laptop back I faced the same problem without using it even for a weak. Now the warranty has been Over. And My Laptop got a problem again. I raised a complaint with a consumer forum, complaint number-237544 But Still the resoilution is Nothing. I m a parrelysed Patient. Please suggest me what should I do???
My Parents will kill me If they came to know that My laptop has got a new problem again. Please help me oput ASAP.
