Motherboard charging problem

My daughter bought a HCL laptop as she needed but very soon Mother board pact up, repeated complaint bore no fruits, took to NOIDA Centre in Oct got repaired, but very soon within a week, it developed Charging Problems, repeated complaint bore no fruit and co does not have a courtesy of mailing back. Made about 10 complaints to the CO NOT DOING ANYTHING, all within the Warranty period, how can we be proud of our own product without proper servicing/ customer care. Simply thrown out bought another Branded pne. NEVER BUY HCL product Achou singh
