I have purched a HCL Note book coral i3/2GB/500GB/Doc (AE1V0997-X) 9101AE165610 ON 17th Feb from NESSCO INFOSYSTEM PVT LTD, HO Shop No 1, Sakeena Plaza Lalbagh ;Lucknow U.P

On that punched there was offer KODAC DIGITAL Camera and a Tracksuit signature by M S Dhoni but after a lot of reminder to shop keeper not cooperating,

Please Guide should i go to consumer forum or any other way to solve my problem,
