Poor customer support

Dear Sir,

Myself Gaurav Kumar residing at Faridabad, I have submitted complain regarding my laptop battery on 28/10. Person came from HCL to attend complain on 8/11 (after 10 days). He took laptop battery for change. but, till date they haven't deliver my laptop battery to me, they couldn't say me that when they would be able to delivering my laptop back. the details of my laptop are :-
