big trouble

i bought this hcl laptop on 18-jan and from the very first day, it is showing a DEATH SCREEN... and keeps on restarting all the time... and since then the laptop has been with the hcl service center people and these people are NOT able to fix it... since then i have not been able to use for a SINGLE DAY...
