Extra charges

I had some prblem in my lappy HCL p2804, it was not starting so i went to HCL service center, bittan market, bhopal.there was a mam she said wait for 3 hrs and submit 500 rs for cheking charges, i denied becuz of i didnt have enough so she said u can pay after 3 hrs and she said to call me, then she called me and said you have mother board problem it will be charged 11000 rs only, i said dont repair when got there she took 500 rs and did'nt gave reciept, so i said what i will answer to my parent at last she has written in small letters in corner, i think it was the case of extra chagres becuz in market nobody is charging for fault check.
