Faulty laptop

Sir,

I have baught Hcl laptop model P 21 before 2 year and from that i am facing lots of problem 2times its mather board has been changed to change it company take aprx 1 month on that time i have to waight for that and i to complete work i have to go cyber cafe.

My question is if laptop is not up to mark then why company sold it even service centere person also says that this is not good laptop and try to sale it 2nd hand. sir why i purchased it? to sale second hand i think company should give attention it and solve this problem any way to save my pressus time wastege.
