HCL LAPTOPS
Screen not displaying after it got hanged due to heating while updating bios

I have this hcl laptop of n38 series and the worst thing i know about this laptop is it gets heated up too fast and shuts down automatically apart from dat, i was updating driver softwares, was updating hcl bios, suddenly it got heated nd hanged, i switched it off and kept it for cooling, after an hour so, i tried to start this laptop, but found what, nuthin is coming on my screen, i tried it many tyms bt my pc is not getting started, only the light blinks nd i see nuthin on my screen.

what shud i do, now.

all my important data is in that lap, do help me out.
