Replacement of Keypad

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a HCL Laptop in February and now I have logged a complaint (Complaint Number-8400038717) for keypad replacement as recommended by HCL Engineers against this complaint.

We have'nt received any furthur assistance from HCL Support since 1 month of the complaint.

Please look into the matter as I am facing problems in using my Laptop.
