Delay in service

Sir,

i send my laptop on 1st august to service center. The problem was that i can't recieve my laptop. there is only speaker problem in that. So please make service fast. it was happening second time few months before with same problem. I had send to service center. It took too much time to repair.when i call to service center they always give me a new date to confurm but they take no action regardding my laptop service.

so, sir please take necessary action about this problem..
