Egarding the service & replacement

I have complained so much times to hcl for replacing the dffective parts.they had given me the complaint registration id 13a100008, puc10100580, puc10110426 dt 25.11.10. one dayb i have rced. call form hcl that u can today spares is available.on that day ihad gone to hcl but they denied that there is shortage of spares.laptaop sr.no.a093a1141650.plz take solid step .many of the customer are facing the same problem.

i want that hcl compensate for this inconveninent.
