Hcl leaptop
Not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have buy HCL PC of Machine Serial No:- A084AX144206 on 3 march from HCL distrect centre janakpuri shop. Now it is not working properly due to some RAM or Hard Disk Problem. When i starting the computer it will not work, i recover it by EC2 technlology. But my data is loss, also its speed is very slow even it has 4 GB RAM.

I try to call HCL support but its no. is not working. Now its warranty period is going to lapsed. Please let me know what should i do?
