I am sevarel times sending mail for Windows7 updation CD & free gift perpes but they reply You Get CD withen 4 week now the reply it may be anther 8 week (coustomer service team). I mail youngindia@hcl.in, hcltouch.reg@hcl.in & www.hclsupportservice.in

thay dont respond fast. Now the they say it will take time.

I am loosing my busenees day to day how will bother it.pls help me sir & give me some wayout this matter.
