Wrong configuration of Laptop

I have purchased a HCL ME AE1VI on 16 dec. But the processor I got is Intel® Core™ i3 350M Processor. And the processor configuration for the above model shown online is Intel® Core™ i3 370M Processor. How can I verify the correct model I got. If I got the wrong model then how can I claim for the correct model?
