HCL ME Laptop 74B
Wrong product delivery. Customer Service disconnects

I ordered online, an HCL ME "74B" notebook, for about Rs32, 000 including taxes.

Today, Friday, May 27 I received it in my physical mail. It turned out to be an HCL ME "54B" Laptop..the price of which is barely Rs21, 500!!

I am furious, as now my old laptop has died, and I can't trade on the stock market on Monday!! I call the customer service-Logistics department number "097117 77722"..I call multiple times!! no one answers.

Then I call the customer service number provided online. They keep me on hold for about 5mins with the voice recorder going, "all our agents are busy. please stay on the line.."..and they disconnect me form the call after 5 mins.
