Dear sir
i purchase hcl me laptop in oct. 2009 and face many problem from manufactoring defects. It is defected 3 times and and i face many probem in service center delay in reparing prasent time my latop in service center
yas solutions (mathura) from 11/01
when i ask about laptop they says we will not get parts from company tell me who is respnsable for it.
if ignore this problem then i go in consumer fouram
