Cheating on Gift

I purchased the laptop on 15-2 and they offered gift as camera (CHEATING... DONNO WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THESE KINDA COMPANIES) and I raised complaints as many as 10 times and no proper response. They did not send my free gift till today.

Suggest me where can i proceed legally or I can put a complaint to government or where ever.

please do some thing on this.
