Eally frustrated with the service with the hcl service centre..the appearance of a blue error screen at the middle of any work results in the shut down of the system..during the warranty period they just formattd my laptop and instructed me to load the drivers and o.s n i did that n the problem successfully persisted.

after the the warranty period is over, they are saying it resulted from a hardisk problem, despite my insisting on them that it may result from some problem in RAM. but after checking my laptop for 1 hour they detected that its a harddisk prob and that i need to replace a new hardisk for the old one which accordingly i did which took me around 3700 and just 4days after that, today again the problem is persisting. now the best suggestion i get to hear from a customer care executive is that- " take it to the service centre and there might be a RAM problem! "

if nothing is done on my this complaint, then i wont be left with any option other than filing a petition in the consumer court.
