Improper working

Dear sir,

i bought a hcl laptop me series from yamunanagar distt.(haryana).my laptop is not working properly from the after the sixth month of purchasing.many time i tried to contact ur hcl coustomercare centre.but i could not make contact with them.my laptop is in guarantee period, so please suggest me what should i do bcoz i have no so much knowledge about laptop and its funtioning.
