HCL, model- XITE L45
Laptop hardware oroblems

Hello sir/madam,

I bought an HCL system last year but since 2-3 months it showing some problems viz (1) Disc reading/writing problems. (2) One of the two speakers is completely non-functional. (3) it is not responding for any external devices when used with some of the side ports. and (4) some problem with the port/pin for the usage of internet.

As I have purchased this system in the month of October, therefore it is still running in the warranty period by the time. hence i would like to request you to register my complaint please and try to sort out these problems as earliest possible. I will be highly obliged to you.
