Attery faulty

Dear sir

its a repeated complaint for the battery replacement as on solution is given on previous complaint.

Is it the service that HCL provide to his customers.

I m Waiting for the battery from 3.11.09, my call id no. is 1200247097 with serial no. 61185 at Noida Service center (raising the demand for battery for my notebook model no. B28 C2D).

All time i contact there receive the same message WAIT FOR 2-3 DAYS up to today.

But as i talk today they give me the waiting time for 1-2 weeks minimum.

will HCL replace my battery or not (if yes how long will it take) please give me a straight forward response.
