HCL Notebook P 28 PDC
Shutting down problem

Hello Sir,

I have HCL Laptop its Machine Sr. No. Is 7084AX032339 & Product Code is AXCP2819. my problem is when i turn off my laptop it hangs on the screen Shutting Down for long time (approx 2 hours). that means it will not shut doen on its own. To do the same i have to press the power key for 3 sec. then only it shuts down.

please give me the responce as soon as possbile
