Winter Carnival Gift not given

I have purchased 2 p38 series laptops having serial nos. 9094AX100420 & 9094AX116029 under winter carnival scheme on 28-12. i was told that i will receive Reebok Track suit and Nokia 3500c Mobile but i didn't receive any gift till now. when i check for my gift status on the HCL Website, it shows "We have received your documents" from last 2 months. but till now there is no further improvement. please confirm me the exact days when i receive my gifts. please help...
