Laptop not working properly

My laptop is only 6 month old & under warranty, 25 april 10 day my laptop dead & key not working we are submit my laptop hcl service center after 3 day laptop is repaired& after 1 day laptop again dead service center take 1 day.after repairing i found dvd writer not working i logged again request as per service center it will take 7 days after 7 days proble not resolved but new fault found keypad key not working pls help.
