HCL NOTEBOOK T21 CDP
HCL Notebook recieved in bad condition from ludhiana service center after repairing

Dear sir/mam,

I prchased a HCL NOTEBOOK T21 CDP bearing searial no. 8074AX076263 in 29 sep.2007. It was given a warranty of 36 months from date of installation so its warranty expires on 27sep.2010. But it got problem in its DVD writer along with some other problems related to keypad and display, so i submitted it to nearest HCL service point in ludhiana (PUNJAB) on 20th sep. 2010 bearing complaint ID Number 179100020. It was sent to chandigarh head office for change of DVD writer and repair of other falts in machine. On 30 sep. 2010 when i got back machine they told that old DVD writer is being replaced by new one. But when i recieved it then DVD writer was not attached to notebook as it was easily coming ot from notebook when i opened it to use. Atleast my old DVD writer was somewhat working but new one is not at all in working position along with U KEY on Keyboard in nonworking condition.

Regarding this i called first to ludhiana service point i didnot get any solution. then i called chandigarh they told to contact in ludhiana. so i got so many contacts of higher personalities of HCL company but did not get any solution.

I request you to kindly sort out my problem so that in future no one should get harrassed by services provided by company to their customers.
