HCL Notebook V20 AMD
Didn't get Service

I Have purchased HCL Laptop model no. V20 AMD in 2007 from Softech Agencies Bokaro, on 29/04 my laptop is stopped working I have submitted the laptop to the nearest service centre at bokaro they told me that its motherboard is damaged I agreed to pay the price of new motherboard but they told me that it's unavailable. Company only know sales they don't know how to give service? They told me it's like scrap if they manage new motherboard I agree to pay.
