From 2 month not returning tablet

My name is hanif mohammed sheikh i purchased hcl tablet AE7 A items code.211DLD001087 from the day i purchase its not working proper. than i complaint hcl infosystems ltd. surrender my tablet in mumbai hcl tower office on date 8/11 my ch. no.3702 .also i regularly call hcl main office gurgaon i inform them my problem told them that i had submitted my tablet AE7A now two & half month no responce also i am trying to contact mumbai office each n everyday they told me sir today we will give u .but until now there today's yet not came now i m looking forward u please help me out.
