Conditional offer edista testing

Selection Process: Headstrong is looking to hire trained candidates from 2010 batch. Edista Testing Institute is training partner of Headstrong and will conduct pool campus drive.

Process:

•Online Application by students on http://crest.edistatesting.com/

•Candidate attend a screening round with Edista Testing Institute

•Selected students give an aptitude test proctored by Headstrong

•Students clearing aptitude test will attend:

i. Group Discussion

ii. Technical Interview

iii. HR Interview by Headstrong

•Selected students get a conditional offer from Headstrong

•The conditional offer is based on them attending 1 month training program by Edista Testing Institute. Student pay fees of Rs.30, 000/- for the course to Edista Testing Institute

•After completion of training candidates have to attend test conducted by Headstrong on the course they have been trained on

•Selected students join Headstrong

•Headstrong has bond period of 2 Years

My Opinion:

This seems like a fraud. The regular fees as per edista testing website http://www.edistatesting.com/casq.htm the fees is $200 meaning Rs 9000/-

This means that headstrong is doing business of Rs 21, 000 for each selected candidate. We should definitly stop this fraud. Guys never ever think of paying Rs 30, 000/-

This show that headstrong is not confident enough on their interviewing skills and thats why they have given this conditional offer. They have taken test/GD and interview and still they are dependent on the result of test conducted by edista testing.

None of the corporate office recruite the way headstrong has choosen. It clearly shows the business between edista testing and headstrong. They should have put the condition of clearing edista test before their selection procedure.

headstrong should be ashamed of their strategy and we should oppose it to the maximus so that no one else can play with emotions of freasher.
