Delear rufused to replace the damaged Print HEad in Gurantee period

Our company purchased a Print Head for HP- Inkjet Printer No. K8600. Print Head Model No. is C9382A. Expiry date:-/10/11. This print head stoped working. When we contacted HP authoried Service centre M/s Radington India Limited, jaipur. They refused to change the head. Reason cited was "Invalid Invoice".

It is realy a bad experience.
