My HP Monitor w1907 lost its display about 45 days ago so I immediately called up the service center, Redington India Ltd (based in Okhla), they replaced the power board but the problem persisted. After many complaints and phone calls, they changed the LCD panel too. Also I got to know that all parts are refurbished and not new. Now after all these days, after multiple replacement of parts, the company has decided to give me a royal ignore. I think they they are waiting for the warranty period to get over. It's really pathetic how an international, well reputed company like HP is treating its customers. I sent an email to Neelam Dhawan, MD and yet no response. I had also written to the Director of the company but that too, garnered no results. Now I am stuck with a dead monitor which had cost me a bomb. Shame on you, HP!!
