Very bad service of hp care

I had submitted my laptop to HP service center at Service Center No. A-200;Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi for resolving my laptop problem not one time but four times. Its been a month haven't got my issues resolved and yet don't know when will the issues will get resolved. This caused me great problem, delayed me with my work and only i suffered because of the delay caused by HP. Since, i am physically hadicapped person, so it very difficult for me to go service centre again and again and i have to attend classes as well.
