I have purchase hp pavilion note book dv4-2126tx at 17/07 from nehru place new delhi

my hard disk crash at 18 jul due to which i m not make the recovery dvd my hard disk was replace but i lost my all original software i have requested for recovery dvds i recived recovery dvds at 22 sep but dvds are not correct i again requested for recovery dvds at 12 oct complin id is 4620897654 but till now i am not recive my recovery dvds...
