Return Of Warranty Issue

I purchased hitachi harddisk which is having 3 years of warranty now it is in warranty due to some prob. of hdd i submit it to company on 23 nov now RMA 36693314 nd i cant get my hdd return upto now my exams are there so i cant wait for my hdd long nd dey people told us dat dey r facing prob. in india nd hcl nd hitachi isssue so dey cant give me hdd back in 2 weeks so what can i do???
