Hitachi CP-X417
Poor warranty support

We have purchased Hitachi projector CP-X417 on 09/04 Inv no. 11079 from Megatronics Mysore, now we are facing VGA display problem in the projector.

Complaint logged on to local service center & complaint no 14008 dated 14/02 and the projector has been delivered to service center on 17/02 (because of service engineer not visited to our place), till now the complaint is not yet solved.

Also sent an email to customerservice@hitachi.co.in but no response.

I think no one in hitachi cares for indian customers.
