Hi,

I orderd for a WHM/cPanel control panel reseller package from HostingSeva.Com. for which Kummar (from he sales team) replied "YES". I asked them that will they transfer my accounts from old server to their server (normal server migration process) for which they replied yes. After two days I found all my domains show me plesk default page. I called them, so they said we only deal in plesk and dont provide cPanel... woo dats good... you take money then come provide some different product.

I asked them why are all sites showing default page, when will the migration be over? Those foolish people told me they have copied the domain and not the data from the old server... can you believe this? how can a company who says is a hosting company be so dumb? This is their Hosting Seva...

After which emails.. and I really write a book on the shitty service they provide...

GUYS IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME, CLIENT, MONEY... NEVER GO WITH HOSTINGSEVA.COM...

After all this I simply asked them for refund (i used their space for 2 days) and they say we cant give you refund even after explaining all the above stated details.

GUYS PLEASE DNT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM... THEY HAVE THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE SUPPORT. THE GUYS ON SUPPORT ARE SMART AT ONLY BLAMING OTHERS. WITHOUT ANY INTENSION TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.
