Delay in service during warranty period

My laptop required servicing of display & I brought it to the

servicing center of the company at,

" LANGATE, Opposite COTTON HILL G.H.S., VAZHUTHACAUD, TRIVANDRUM"

on 21-6. They required me to wait for 3days

for their reply. When I contacted on 25th I was required

to contact on next day. When contacted I was required to contact

on 28th. There was no positive reply on my queries &

on 3srd July I was assured return of the Laptop on 5th july.

On 6th July they informed that it will take more time since

the part received was not suitable. I an waiting for an early

return of the system, as I have to leave station to Salem to attend

my classes scheduled to resume on 12th July
