We bought a HP Printer F4288 (All in one) on 25th June from a reputed dealer in Chennai. We printed around 10 copies. Then the ink exhausted. Similar printer cartridge of Cannon worked for more than a year for hundreds of pages. HP displays that their introductory cartridge will come for only a few copies, when we use the printer. They have not mentioned the minimum number of copies. This results in the loss for the consumer, money and time. Had they informed this before we buy, we would not have bought this useless HP printer cartridge related printer. We are fools to buy this HP printer. This new HP printer, we may have to throw into a dustbin to save our valuable time. If HP knows the rights of consumers' rights let them replace the cartridges which will come for a minimum number of copies. Further paper movement is also jerky. Cartridge manufacturers must be mandated to display on their product the minimum number of assured copies. Buyers, please, beware of these facts.
