Non distribution of free gift (home theatre)

I bought a compaq laptop on feb11 with an offer of home theatre and they told me to register online to generate redemption code. after generating redemtion code, i sent all the document along with a draft of Rs1000 in due time. when i contacted them for the first time they said it will take a month for dispersal of gift. After few month, they said they have not received some document for that. now its all most 10 month after purchase of product, i am having no information of my free gift.

I request you to kindly look into the matter
