Error in pen drive

I baught an HP 4 GB pen drive from

CYBERWORKS

10A, HEMANTA BASU SARANI, KOL-69

on 15th Jan which is in warranty period. Now there are some problems in the product. I took it to the shop from where i baught this pen drive. But they told that they can't do anything to solve the problem. So I am complaining you to take any step to solve this problem neither I will complain in Consumer Forum.
