Defective product by HP

I had purchased the above laptop on 18/01 and it started giving problem in the month of Jan. I had given it for servicing to your authorized center at Gurgaon. After Investigating, the centre informed that mother board has to be changed. Since, it was in the warranty period, so it got repaired without charging. The same defect was reported again in the month of July.

At that time it was told that this model has a manufacturing defect and was having some problem with the display and motherboard, so I had requested to change it as if it is under warranty period as the permanent solution was not done the first time it was repaired, for which I really appreciate the concerned showed by Hp management for customer satisfaction.

At that time I had paid some extra money in July to extend the warranty period of my laptop. Now again I am facing the same problem of not getting the display again.

Again they are saying that I have to pay 13, 000 and theyare not ready to give gaurantee that it will work properly. So I have decided to go to Consumer court and send a legal notice to HP. I request all the people who are victims of HP to send me there details and problem with the system at varun.bhatia14@gmail.com.
