Poor Service

We had lodged complaint with HP customer care to resolve the problem with HP make Desktop which is not working for past one week. Case ID of concerned complaint is 4624433249. Almost everyday we are getting calls from different sources regarding deployment of skilled engineer to the site to attand the said problem but till this date no one has reported to look into the matter. Such poor service from esteemed giant MNC organisation is far beyond imagination and not at all acceptable by any means. Undoubtedly they are to be listed in deceiver' Q.
