Very Bad After Sales Services/ Repairing

I bought HP Laptop dv4-1318TU in June. For the past three months the touch pad hasn't been working. I took it to HP Service Centre in Safdarjung Enclave (TECHNOLAND SYSTEMS LIMITED) and they told me that the touch pad has to be replaced.

I gave them my laptop on 12th December and they told me it would be ready in 5-6 working days. When it wasn't done in the said time, they said ten days more and after that 4 days more!

Later they said by 26th Jan but when I called on 27th it was still not done. Now its February and its still not repaired.

Calling HP consumer complaints is of no help!
