I bought a new hp laptop in august since then i have faced enumerous issues regarding the over heating issues, battery back up, charger etc, though these problems were considered in the hp services center but non of them were resolved, i find no way to complaint against the company. my money was all a waste, i m so much dissatisfied by the brand that i never ever suggest anyone to go for hp laptops.
