Defective laptop

Sir, i have purchase a laptop from hp company on 26 oct (INVOICE NO. KP/11-12/3215 from tilak nagar). From day of purchase my laptop not working properly, it has problem of touch pad, BIOS problem, hardware problem and some times it switched off automatically. So on 1nov i summit my laptop to hp service centre (kirti nagar, new delhi) in order to replace my laptop to new one, because i have i year warranty and in case of any hardware problem my laptop will be replaced as given by hp company. But 2 weeks passed there is no further action has been taken by service center and they are trying to fool us, they dosen't treat us properly, and if we try to contact them they don't attend our calls or put on hold. SIR i request please take some strict action against hp company and help me for replacement of my brand new laptop.
