Adapter of Different specification was issuedcausing motherboard failure

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I bought the laptop from HP Pro4410s Notebook & S/No (CNU9213WG3).

I faced several problems

Adapter was non functional so i got it replaced from HP authorized service center

Lap top was dead, mother board was replaced in warranty period

Lap was again dead, mother board was replaced again this time outside warranty period

Further I found that the adapter issued to me by HP authorized service center was of different specification. Which was the main cause of Lap top failure and mother board failure.

I posses all the receipts of service center (of all three problems).

Kindly look into the matter or instruct the concerned person to do the needful.

As my Lap top is dead for the negligence on the part of Engineers that they issued me adapter of different specification which is the cause of mother board failure.
