Under warranty time hardware problems came

Respected Sir/ Madam

I purchased my laptop from HP showroom, Jhansi in August..Within 1 year many hardware issues came like time and date battery is not working, charging battery not working, display screen disappears and internet connectivity problems..Every time they say that the viaos is not updated... I asked them to replace this model with another one but they havent taken any step till yet ..I want you to help me in getting this product returned..as I have wasted my money as well as my time in getting these issues resolved..I have report of all the problems which came during this year..
