Hp compaq
New laptop is not give performance

I bought COMPAQ 610 before 4 months. It was worrking properly. But since some days it is not working. Actually laptop ram 2 gb .copy& paste performance is not good, other processesing & performance are is weak and insall os it show fatal error please help to give right comment
