Warranty Issue

Hi,

It is very embarrassing for HP-Compaq Customers that they don't provide service to customer under warranty. I purchased a HP Compaq C734 TU on dt. 14/09 fro Delhi and I was facing some HDD problem in Feb10. I visited HP Compaq Service Center Gurgaon (RT Outsourcing) on 03/03 and still i did not get my laptop back (01/04) with repair. Reason behind is this that Dealer had purchased late from Distributor and HP doesn't authorized for repair that even I gave him original Bill with TIN No.

Now, Dear Customers, Please take Distributor Invoice (Where from Dealer buys) before purchasing the HP Compaq Laptop. literally, I am frustrated from HP Compaq Service Center.

I would like to go for Consumer Court..Please help me how can i proceed steps for the same.
