HP Compaq Labtop
Stiffed on a warranty

I called HP service center, and they re-directed me to another number, both indian might i add. The first one was helpful, the second..HA! I got this labtop last year for christmas... so i haven't even had it a year, but someone had bought it before me, and returned it to walmart! The year warranty still ran on! almost 6 months of warranty i wasn't allowed to have..So i called them, and the man said that the warranty had expired, and that it was out of his hands. I asked him to transfer me to the manager, and first he said they didn't have one. Then i said you have to have someone over you, i'm sure you're not your own boss. Then apparently they magically had a manager, but he couldn't transfer me because it was an ivalid escalation, and he just couldn't do it! So i asked if i could be transfered to anybody else besides him, and he still wouldn't do it!! I got cheated out of a computer, that was a lot of money, and they won't do a damn thing for me!!!
